At Tundra Dip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for hygiene.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Tundra Dip account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back at our facility safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
